Remastered

Remaster (also digital remastering and digitally remastered) refers to changing the quality of the sound or of the image, or both, of previously created recordings, either audio-phonic, cinematic, or video-graphic.

We love this word, because it expresses fully what Vetrilite can do.
We can take any image and remaster it, any design (given a proper image) and make it better.
Yet, with the REMASTERED collection we has something else in mind: Art Nouveau.
Specifically we wanted to remaster some Art Nouveau designs we had worked on in the past.
Using a combination of shading effects and textures for the background, our design team created a collection that while maintains the highly stylized forms and the organic motif of the Art Nouveau it makes them gentler, more feminine and possibly easier to use in today’s home design.

Various point of white frost have been use to create this Art Nouveau design. The double border is done using a white gradient to clear. Light textured background in white frost (40%).

R100 M - aka Desert Rose

Beautiful Art Nouveau inspired design. The Rose is a definite classic. The double border of the design is in white frost and it is shaded to clear (with a very small clear part). for added privacy the shading can be changed. the background of the design is in white frost with a very light texture.

Decorative Window film design inspired by the french influence in New Orleans.

R200 M - aka Diadem

Inspired by the French influences in New Orleans, this design is a combination of 2 different mirror frames. This is a very bold design and it requires the proper door for it. The background is a light textured clear frost, while the design is in white frost.

R300 M - aka The Crown

This design was inspired by a wrought iron gate seen in Paris. The design was set into a large metal frame. We remastered the design so it could be used as a decorative film design. The background is a textured clear frost. The white frost part of the design is at 80% white point to make it very visible.

R400 M - aka Dhalia

A necklace pendant design remastered. While looking for inspiration online we stumbled on a private collection of jewelry from the end of the 1800'. One Ivory pendant had this stylized flower design. We wanted to maintain the oval shape of the pendant and then add the proper finishing touches all around. The oval part of the design can be done in clear frost or in clear (so you can see out).

R500 M - aka Liberty

Design inspired by a wrought iron gate in the south of France. The design reproduces the shape of a church that was burned because of lightings. The design can be done in two different ways. With clear frost background as in the image, or in its negative form (white frost background and clear frost design) for a higher level of privacy.

R600M decorative window film inspired by wrought iron used for privacy on first floor windows in a private residence in Paris. Very private.

R600 M - aka Mother of Pearl

Inspired by the window design of a private residence in Paris. The original was in wrought iron with mother of pearl inlaid at the top only. We recreated the design using various white frost levels and 1/16" clear lines to enhance the design.

From a Wallpaper design to a decorative window film. This design has various elements of note. The thick border is shaded like the main flower design. the background has the floral pattern used as wallpaper background. This is an intricate design. High level of privacy.

R700 M - aka Operà

Inspired by a wallpaper design. We love to look "sideways" to find the proper inspiration. In this case we deconstructed a wallpaper and then repurpose it as a decorative window film. This repetitive wallpaper had this very bold flower design and we made it the centerpiece of our design. As background on top of the clear frost we added the meticulous design that was used in the background of the original wallpaper.

R800 M - aka Vienna

The back of a mirror was the inspiration for this design. We could not believe the intricate work done to the wood casing, even if nobody would see it (being hanged on a wall). A flat white frost with a high white point of 80% and a clear frost background. ideal for powder room doors (for added privacy the design can be done in its "negative form".

R900 M - Notre Dame

This design is another design inspired by the beautiful wrought iron work you can see in Paris. This piece is actually made with pcs gather from several different iron gates. Clear frost background and white frosted line with an 80% white point.

R1000 M - Barcelona

A deconstructed wall paper design turned into a decorative window film. You start from the various elements of the design (wallpaper) and you take them apart. Then you sued them one by one to recreate something different. This design had a clear frost background with a super imposed repetitive vine design. The border and the small grid with four diamond was added to make it more...door-like.

R1100 M - aka Raising Lotus

From Chinaware to decorative window film. This design hand painted and fire on a series of ceramic plates form the late 1800'. We call it lotus rising because from being horizontal on a plate it now goes vertical on an entry door or a shower enclosure.

Design inspired by an iron grill. The design was modified to be purposely used on any kind of glass door. Clear frost background with light texture in white. white frost design with shades to clear frost.

R1200 M - aka Prague

Vetrilite Custom Etched Glass Film for exterior glass entryway doors inspired by an wrought iron grill used to give privacy to a private residence. We took the liberty to remaster the design and change it a bit to make it perfect for a flat glass application.
